Changed Phone
"It looks like you have recently changed your phone. You need to have Standup Rewards on your new phone for 24 hours before you can cash out."
If you see the above error when you try to cash out it means that you have either:
- Changed your phone
- Logged into your Standup Rewards account on another phone in the last 24 hours
- Changed a device setting on your phone that has affected its factory settings
For security reasons you will need to wait 24 hours after one of the above situations before you are able to cash out.
Account Paused
If you are seeing an error message that your account has been paused please contact our support team.
